How ordering a quarter works
How ordering a quarter works
Reserve your quarter to secure one from an upcoming processing batch. After processing, the dressed weight of your quarter is confirmed and your final purchase price is calculated. We then provide a cut sheet so you can select your preferences for cuts that have different preparation options, and your beef is butchered and packed to those selections. Once pack-out is complete we arrange delivery with you. The full process →
